Banquet and Restaurant Servers

Job requirements and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Interface with customers to ensure they have a memorable experience
  • Be knowledgeable (or be willing to learn) about our menu and restaurant/event details
  • Be willing to be on their feet for extended periods of time
  • Work as a team and coordinate with other departments (kitchen, accounting, golf operations)
  • Set up and manage buffets
  • Organize, clean, set up and/or break down tables, chairs, etc.
  • Handle food properly and efficiently

Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Experience is preferred, but not required - we are willing to train hard-working, motivated people. Applicants must be friendly and welcoming since these positions work directly with our customers.

Banquet/Restaurant Bartender

Banquet/Restaurant Bartender

Job requirements and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Stock bar with alcohol, soda, juices, etc.
  • Stock bar with glassware, ice and other items needed for shifts
  • Clear tables of glassware and bottles
  • Must have two years bartending experience
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, twist, bend and reach, and work in a wet area with variable temperatures

Our Restaurant is open spring through mid-October/November, weather depending. Banquet events are year round in our banquet department. Nights, weekends and some holidays required. Applicants must be 18 years of age or older and have reliable transportation.

Job requirements and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Assist golfers with carts
  • Clean and sanitize returned carts
  • Use golf ball picker on our driving range and wash golf balls
  • Keep work areas neat and organized

This is a seasonal position starting in the spring and continuing through mid-October/November, weather depending. Applicants must have a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

  • Answer phones
  • Make tee times and assist with tournament sign up
  • Receive payments for merchandise and golf
  • Must have basic computer knowledge

Job requirements and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Stock food, beverages and other items needed to maintain the Snack Shack
  • Conduct opening and closing procedures such as trash removal and cleaning, etc.
  • Have knowledge of basic math functions and make change
  • Must be able to us an iPad and cash register
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, twist, bend and reach, and work in an area with variable temperatures

Job requirements and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Prepare food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
  • Clean and maintain station while practicing proper safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
  • Must be able to work at a pace consistent with the volume of restaurant and banquet events

Job requirements and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain kitchen work areas, dishware, utensils, pots, pans and other kitchen and banquet equipment
  • Sanitize and keep areas organized and neat
  • General kitchen cleaning, sweep/mop kitchen floors and trash removal
  • Must be able to work at a pace consistent with the volume of restaurant and banquet events
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, twist, bend and reach, and work in a wet area with variable temperatures

A typical schedule is up to 4-5 days/week, 8-10 hours/day. Weekends and holidays are not required for all dishwashers, but available to those that are interested. Reliable transportation is a must. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to enter the workforce or return to the workforce with limited experience and education. Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.

Building Maintenance/Housekeeping

Building Maintenance/Housekeeping

Cyprian Keyes is looking to hire a responsible and experienced individual to help with maintaining our clubhouse, banquet areas, restaurant, and restrooms.

Job requirements and duties include, but are not limited to the following:

  • General upkeep of all building areas including vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and mopping
  • Clean and stock restrooms
  • Painting as well as shoveling and sanding walkways and entryways when necessary
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, reach, kneel, stretch, climb, work in variable temperatures, and be on your feet for extended periods of time.

Dependable transportation is a must. Position is for days, nights, weekends and holidays. This is a full time seasonal position - full-time from April through December and part-time January - March.
